Weighing In: March 24, 2011 – 267 pounds
Health Related Goals:
Get out and walk during my lunch hour at least three times per week;
Replace two of my three can a day Diet Coke habit with water;
Lose 10 pounds by May 8th (Mothers Day as well as the day of Lilypad’s dedication/baptism);
Start eating breakfast (not just coffee);
Start eating dinner at the dining room table as a family instead of eating on the go.
